Co-Hosting

If you choose our co-hosting services, depending on the size of your property, we will charge an annual fee of anywhere between $2000 - $4000.

Property Walk Thru

If you are self managing or onboarding your property, we will do a property walk thru and execute the following:

  • Extensive property documentation

  • Craft a property-specific inspection checklist

  • Craft a property-specific supply box

  • 5S your property (please ask us about this!)

Self Manager Consulting

If you are a self manager, we charge an affordable annual fee based on property count. In exchange, we will provide the following benefits:

  • Access to calendar to book 1-on-1 calls.

  • Quarterly property visits

  • System Implementation and Training

  • Improvement plans for your property and revenue strategy

Property Management Consulting

We also offer consulting for Property Management companies and charge an annual fee based on the property count. You will receive all the same benefits that self managers receive, but with even more perks, such as:

  • TIMWOODS Analysis

  • Continuous Improvement Implementation

  • Facilitate Kaizen Events

Revenue Management

If you want us to manage your revenue, we use dynamic pricing to ensure your property has the proper rate at the proper time. We keep a pulse on occupancy 7, 14, 30, 60, 90, and 180 days out. We also speak regularly with revenue consultants.

Property Manager Recon

If you are entrusting your property to a property management company, we will stay at your property one night and give an extensive report on our experience, which will include:

  • Property condition

  • Listing accuracy

  • If Review feedback has been addressed

  • Quality of guest communication
